Sub conscious

Your Subconscious is 10x stronger than your Conscious in terms of energy. You are totally controlled by it and most parts of your personnality lie in your Subconscious. Although, it’s your Conscious that decides what your Subconscious will be made of, which means you can be in total control of your life. Every thought you maintain or that you receive in your Conscious will eventually implant into your Subconcious. As in example, think of a guy who’s been victim of bullying in school. This person has been told hundreds of time ”you are worth nothing”, so eventually, this negative thought will take root in this guy’s Subconscious. What happen when you tell this guy ”you mean a lot to me”? He will feel bad and will most likely reject this idea, because he obeys to his Subconscious who keeps telling him ”you are worth nothing”. Your Subconscious is totally neutral, he builds from what your Conscious decides.

My story

It was February 2019 and I had found myself 30lbs over weight due to a decade of bad habits left unchecked .  This was unacceptable to me as I never thought I would allow myself to gain that much excess weight .

I immediately started putting a plan together to lose the weight but I didn’t have the confidence to lose the weight because I’d never had to take onna challenge like this before so to me it was a big challenge until I started saying the following to myself over and over and over starting at 25 times a day and going to 100 times a day .

I would out this sentence at the top of all my memos , phone notes, bathroom mirror, vision board, above desk until I was naturally repeating this phrase over and over engraining it into my mind and putting it out into the universe until I believed it myself.

This combined with strategic diet and exercise changes over a few months I found myself losing the weight.

Repeating the same sentence to myself everyday didn’t necessiarly cause the weight to fall off but it did re program my mind like a computer to where I didn’t throw in the towel after a few weeks like most people do or as I have done myself in the past.

Within 90 days of starting the program I had lose 30+ lbs and felt amazing .

I still to this day say the same sentence to myself out of routine and habit .

This works for anything you are going after in life but you have to out in the work.

My auto suggestion sentence for weight loss…

I weigh 185lbs, I am becoming more skinny fit lean and healthy everyday.

Action steps:

1. What is the most important thing for you to change or acquire in your life ?


2. Craft your sentence

Ex: I am making 100,000 this year, I am wealthy and 100,000 is coming to me in abundance this year.

3. Repeat this sentence 100x a day to yourself until it becomes habitual and natural

The results will come over some time as long as you believe focus and stay consistent positive results are going to show up.

I will leave you with the story of the shark and the invisible bait fish

“During a research experiment a marine biologist placed a shark into a large holding tank and then released several small bait fish into the tank.

As you would expect, the shark quickly swam around the tank, attacked and ate the smaller fish.

The marine biologist then inserted a strong piece of clear fiberglass into the tank, creating two separate partitions. She then put the shark on one side of the fiberglass and a new set of bait fish on the other.

Again, the shark quickly attacked. This time, however, the shark slammed into the fiberglass divider and bounced off. Undeterred, the shark kept repeating this behavior every few minutes to no avail.  Meanwhile, the bait fish swam around unharmed in the second partition. Eventually, about an hour into the experiment, the shark gave up.

This experiment was repeated several dozen times over the next few weeks. Each time, the shark got less aggressive and made fewer attempts to attack the bait fish, until eventually the shark got tired of hitting the fiberglass divider and simply stopped attacking altogether.

The marine biologist then removed the fiberglass divider, but the shark didn’t attack. The shark was trained to believe a barrier existed between it and the bait fish, so the bait fish swam wherever they wished, free from harm.”

Moral of the story is: dont tell yourself you can’t do something no matter what obstacles are in your way .

In your mind there is no fiberglass and you can get to the fish .

When you allow yourself to believe something you will focus on that belief and no matter if it exists or not in your mind you will believe it.


What are you focusing on and telling yourself everyday ?

Are you telling yourself you are achieving your goal and becoming more and more how you want to be or are you talking negative to yourself everyday ?

You will become and believe whatever you are thinking you are everyday .

Change what you think to change what you believe and in return you will change who you can become .

Create your own world and become whatever you want to in life.

Don’t let anyone tell you who you are or what you will be .  That is for you to decide and no one else .

You know what is best for you and that is what’s most important .

The answer to that question will shape your future and who you ultimately become so choose wisely .
